Our house is located on the Val de lesso bay beachfront in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Borik, just 2.5 km north-west of Rovinj's historical town centre.
It is just a short walk away from a minimarket, beach bars and restaurants. The Amarin family hotel with its taxi boat pier, serviced pebble beaches and beautiful activities park is also nearby. The villa has four apartments with reserved parking inside the courtyard. Our guests enjoy direct access to the beach and seaside walkway.
Come and enjoy our Mediterranean style garden filled with olive and holm oak trees. Sun bathe on our terrace overlooking the beach, or relax in the shaded leisure area. Numerous beach beds, loungers and a garden shower are at your disposal.
